After Van Persie was pulled out with a hip injury after colliding with cameras in Manchester united's 0-2 win at QPRteam manager Sir Alex Ferguson has re-assured fans on the striker's fitness. In his words:
"It will be tender but hopefully he will be alright in time for the Real Madrid game."
