After evading arrest for years, Tobechi Onwuhara one of the FBI’s most wanted men, allegedly a fraudster who scammed at least $44 million through cyber crimes, has been arrested in Australia and is bound to be sent back to the United States to face fraud charges. He is the son of former Chair Person Education Board of Education in Abia state Nigeria, Mrs Katherine Onwuhara.
