During their Child custody case in court, Usher claimed his ex-wife tried to attack his girlfriend and hit him during an explosive court appearance in Georgia today.
The chart topper claimed Tameka Foster spat on his girlfriend, tried to hit her and also threw food at him after flying into a jealous rage.
He made the claims during a rare visit to his hometown Atlanta, where the pair are warring over the custody of their two children.
The 33-year-old star told the Fulton County courtroom she became incandescent with rage when he turned up at her house with a lady friend, and 'wanted to fight.'
The Yeah favourite said she then said: 'I'm gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car.
'How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?
'She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her.'
He asserted he was so concerned he jumped out of his vehicle to try to calm he down, but she ended up hitting him.
The singing star, whose full name is Usher Raymond IV, then tried to drive off, but the drama was not over.
He said: 'She threw a plate of food at the car.'
While on the stand he also claimed his 41-year-old ex goes through nanny after nanny, and said he worries about who is caring for his kids.
He also made more allegations about her supposed violent history, accusing her of sending a threatening email to a friend of his and later attacking her.
The couple started dating in 2006, when she worked as his stylist and was married to clothier Ryan Glover, and tied the knot a year later.
