While celebrating his birthday at "Rivers state Reads: Children's day 2012" in a public primary school in a village (Ogbe tanwon) and after being mesmerized by the Ballet dance and the rendition by the state primary schools' music team, announced a music competition for all schools in the state.
While answering questions he said if governments do not invest in education, the states will end up with scorges like boko haram.
