Police report alleges that Roderick “RJ” Arrington Jr., arrived at
the hospital unresponsive on Nov. 29. Hospital personnel immediately
contacted the Las Vegas police department after identifying severe
bruising and swelling of the brain. Roderick died the very next day.
After preliminary investigations it was revealed that, the mother Dina Palmer, 27, alleges that she watched her husband, Markiece Palmer
(who is not related to the child), beat and shake Roderick to death.
However, both parents have been charged with the murder.
The 7 year old boy had been spanked on the 27th of November, 2012 for not reading the bible, then, spanked again for not doing his homework on the 28th...all these spanking were done with belt, spatula and possibly a wooden paddle by the stepdad...the Mom also spanked him with her hands and other household stuffs.
