Around 90 Killed in Ghana While Escaping Flood... as Another 4 Killed in Kenya By Flood!

Around 90 people who were trying to escape a heavy downpour in Accra Ghana have died in an explosion that occured in the filling station were they sought refuge. While a flood in Kenya has also claimed 4 lives.
