FUNMI PAUL’S FALSE CLAIMS

We read with grave concern an unauthorised interview granted by Ms. Funmi Paul to a soft sell magazine, purportedly on behalf of Rev Chris Okotie, Pastor of our Church, The Household of Church, Oregun, Lagos, on Sundry issues relating to his recent separation from Stephanie Henshaw. The general public is hereby informed that at no time did Rev Chris Okotie send Ms. Paul to speak on his behalf to any news medium on his marriage or any issue for that matter. Moreover, all she said in the said publication are untrue and should be ignored.
In view of Ms. Paul’s outrageous behaviour, we now have reasons to believe that she is not emotionally stable.
Finally, we would like to state that she has never been a minister of the Household of God as claimed in the said interview.
This serves as a final warning to all mischief makers that any further malicious or scandalous aspersions against the Pastor or our church would attract appropriate legal sanctions; as our patience should not be taken for granted.
