I'M READY TO PLAY A CHARITY GAME FOR MAN UNITED!

Ferguson told Inside United magazine on Wednesday that,
"Usain's a character and a big United fan.
"But it's interesting he says he'd like to play in a charity game. It could be brilliant, and next year when we play Real Madrid's Legends again, there could be opportunities to bring him up and see how he does."

And,
Jamaican sprint star Usain Bolt said he was open to playing a charity game for his favourite team Manchester United, following a statement to that effect by the Premier League club's manager Alex Ferguson.
In his words:
"I heard Sir Alex Ferguson's proposal. I'm open to everything.
"The Olympic Games are behind me, they went well, which takes off a lot of pressure. So in 2013, I could take a few more risks. Charity football matches, why not?"

Bolt, fresh from his second successive triple gold haul at the London Olympics and speaking ahead of his final outing of the season in the Brussels Diamond League meet, responded:

The charity game is scheduled for June 3, 2013, at Old Trafford, but comes in mid-season for Bolt ahead of several lucrative Diamond League meets and the August 10-18 world championships in Moscow.
