MediaTakeOut.com reports that a fan who attended Rihanna's concert, friday night in Chicago and apparently attended an afterparty after seeing it advertised on the flyer that Rihanna would attend, only to get there and NO Rihanna! She challenged Rihanna on Instagram, and this is what Riri wrote in response:
