Lady Gaga celebrated her 27th birthday by getting carted away in her new pimped out Louis Vuitton whip in Chicago on Thursday, 28th March, 2013. She's still recovering from her hip surgery which she underwent weeks back. Before this wjeelchair she'd been spotted in a 24-karat gold plated wheelchair.
