Premier League champions, Manchester United are ready to go as high as £32m for fc Barcelona's, Cesc Fabregas after an initial offer of 30 million euros. But, due to a clause in the player’s contract, Barca are believed to be duty-bound to offer Arsenal the chance to re-sign their former captain if they accept a bid from another club. But if the gunners reject the opportunity then they would reportedly stand to bank between 25-50% of any transfer fee.
With Liverpool rejecting a bid of £35m snubbed for the controversial Uruguayan striker, Suarez last week Arsenal would be happy if the manchester United - Barca deal pulls through so the funds from the deal can help 'em with their desire for Suarez' service.
