WITH JAPAN BUILDING 317 CLASSROOMS IN NIGERIA...IS THIS FOR NIGERIA TO SUPPORT JAPAN OVER DISPUTE WITH CHINA FOR THE DIAOYU ISLANDS?

With Japan wooing (potential) allies in the dispute over the Diaoyu Islands with China, is the 317 classrooms given to Nigeria, a gift to encourage Nigeria to support Japan over China? New japanese prime minister's being touring nations to indirectly gather support in case of an uprising over the dispute?

Though the Japanese government, working through the Japan International Cooperation Agency who'd been working on the project since 2010 handed over 317 classrooms to the Federal Government of Nigeria yesterday Thursday January 10th...Asking the questions can not be overlooked.
Japanese ambassador to Nigeria Ryuichi Shoji, who handed over the classrooms to Minister of state for Education, Chief Nyesom Wike, said "the 2.31 billion Naira (US$14.8 million) spent on the project was an important investment, as education is an invaluable asset for children and a crucial factor in the economic development of a country".
For the records, the classrooms were constructed to house 12680 pupils in 33 primary schools across 22 local government areas of in Kano State.
