A 54-year-old American who'd coughed and sneezed throughout a 4-hour flight from Philadelphia to Dominican Republic decided to share a very nasty joke when he shouted "I have Ebola" aboard the flight! He was confronted by mimmediately the plane landed. the plane had 200 passengers aboard. When he was escorted from the aircraft he was heard saying, "I ain't from Africa. S***."
Communications executive at the airport (Grupo Punta cana) said:“We don’t know why he did it, but he thought it would be a cute joke that would not be so serious. Thankfully it was only a scare...it's a joke of poor taste. ”
