This Girl was Shot Dead While Delivering a Surprise Birthday Present to Her Boyfriend

15 Year old Shereka Fab Ann-Marsh was shot dead while trying to drop off a surprise birthday at her boyfriend's home. She was shot in the neck and paramedics and cops who were called couldn't save her. she died. three teenage boys are under arrest now.
