Today, Monday 31st of March, 2014, President Goodluck Jonathan said that if not for the timely intervention by North central governors, the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) under the leadership of Rivers Governor, Rotimi Amaechi turned into a monster that almost removed him from office.
