President Jonathan Orders NIS to Refund 1000 Naira Collected from All Job Applicants

Monday, 17th 2014, Nigeria's President, Goodluck Jonathan has reportedly ordered the Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, to refund the N1,000 application fee collected from job seekers who were to write the fatal Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) aptitude test that took 20 lives over weekend.
