In order to curb the illegal free felling in Jigawa state which contribute to Climate Change via deforestation, the Jigawa state Government have gone a step further than just campaigning and outlawing the act. Presently, Jigawa State Goevrnment under Sule Lamido's leadership have given out 70,000 stoves to Jigawa people to stem the tide of deforestation.
