The Rivers State Govt has insisted that the State's Private Jet used by the State's Governor, Rt Hon. Rotimi Amaechi's Pilot made all the necessary arrangements at the Akure Airport - Paid the fees, made the Passenger's manifest available and other necessary documents - contrary to what the Federal Govt Agency said was the reason for grounding the Governor's flight in Akure.
