Luqman Mukthar, the 28 year-old second son of deputy governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Mukthar Shagari Thursday afternoon died in a fatal auto crash. He was on his way to Sokoto from Abuja when he lost control of his vehicle on the highway. He died with a friend, Ghaddafi, but the third occupant survived the accident.
