Queen Latifah stopped by "The View" on Wednesday, and when the issue of children came up, the 42-year-old actress revealed that she's still planning to adopt, a plan she's been serious about for quite some time now.

In her words:

"I'm actually kind of working on that,"

"I just always wanted to bring a child home. It doesn't matter where the child [comes] from."

"I'm totally serious, so if you got a kid ... Just give me a year," she said. "Let me set up camp and send me the kid."
