COURT TAKES MICHAEL JACKSON'S CHILDREN AWAY FROM HIS MOM KATHERINE

What?! i hear you say? Well, that's the bitter truth. A judge has removed Katherine Jackson as the guardian to Michael Jackson's three kids, Paris, Blanket and Prince Michael, and appointed Tito Jackson's 34-year old son, Trent, as temporary guardian.

Judge Mitch Beckloff advised Trent and his lawyer, Charles Shultz, to seek a permanent guardianship, after hearing stories that Katherine is being held against her will by third parties according to TMZ. The parties being accused of holding her against her will are Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie.

TJ told the judge that:

"I've never heard my grandmother talk like that. In every way. The sound of her voice, the pauses. Asked simple questions, she wasn't sure. Some of her words seemed a little slurred. The choice of her vocabulary. I've never heard her used those words in the past."

Katherine's lawyer Sandra Ribera told the court she believed Katherine was being held against her will.

"I've been at the house since Saturday off and on, and I have reason to believe that Mrs. Jackson is being held against her will."

Judge Beckloff granted TJ's request for temporary guardianship saying there is no evidence Katherine had done anything wrong and that he would restore her role after she returned.

The Judge said:
"The allegation is she's being prevented from communicating with the kids by a third party,"  "Katherine Jackson is unable to act based on the acts of third parties.this is not a move by (TJ) Jackson to oust Mrs. Jackson from her position."
