President Goodluck: "We Did Not Give Lecturers a 7-Day Ultimatum, Vice Chancellors Did - Wike Only Made it Public!"

President Goodluck Jonathan has dissociated himself from the 7-day ultimatum handed down university lecturers (ASUU) to resume or else... the President claimed the Vice Chancellors of the affected universities made the decision, Wike who is the Supervising minister of Education only made their decision public.
