Why Jay Z's "Magna Carta Holy Grail" Could Not Make Billboard's Top 10 Albums!

Billboards' chart believes Samsung App. downloads don't count and since most of Magna Carta Holy grail's figures are of the app. the numbers won't count. 
The current Top10 Albums Chart has Wale's Gifted at No1 and J.Cole's Born Sinner with Kanye West's "Yeezus" at Numbers 2 and 3 respectively.
