The Nigerian army has confirmed that, Colonel Al-Mustapha is still a member of the Nigerian army. Mustapha who was discharged and acquitted of the murder of Kudirat Abiola, wife of Chief M.K.O Abiola who won the 1993 Presidential election, but died in prison has returned to Kano.
