Adriano and David Villa goals saw Barcelona beat Deportivo Alaves 3-1, but Messi did not get the opportunity to edge closer to the world record of 85 goals in a single year, set by German, Muller in 1972...Messi's goals in 2012 still stands at 82. We hope he'll beat this record before christmas.
