After a goalless first half...it took Nigeria just five minutes into the new half to score a first via Ideye. The Super Eagles didn't have to wait much before a second came through Igiebor...Hope was restored for the Venezuelans when Fletcher drove home a goal to make the scoreline 1 - 2...but the curtain raiser came off Nigeria's Onazi in the 90th minute (+3mins of extra time) to give Nigeria, a well deserved 1 - 3 victory in Miami.
