The Director of public prosecution has adviced the court handling the case of the Cynthia Okogwu (facebook murder case) to set free, Pharmacists Maduakor Chukwunonso and Orji Osita who work as pharmacists at
Oxpharm Pharmacy where the drugs used in sedating Cynthia was bought.
The Lagos High court had ruled that,
“there was no
evidence where the pharmacists had an agreement with the first and
second defendants to kill the late Ms Osokogu."...but as for the rest, they still have cases to answer to.
