Presently Wayne Rooney's ranked fifth with an all-time best of 32 goals for England after, Bobby Charlton (49), Gary Lineker(48), Jimmy Greeve (44) and Michael Owen (40). Charlton says he likes wayne Rooney and will be happy if the Manchester United star breaks his England record before Wayne retires from international soccer.
