Farouk Lawan had last week promised to produce the $620,000USD bribe Femi Otedola allegedly offered him, but in what appears to be a twist of events, the suspended committee head did not produce the cash as promised as newspaper reports have it that he was using all tricks possible not to produce the bribe as promised. Though he kept his word to contact the police as it concerns the money...he failed to produce the bribe, which the SSS claimed it marked when Femi Otedola contacted the SSS about Farouk's alleged corrupt moves towards him.
The question on a couple of people's mind is has the money been shared amongst House of Representatives member? Or why is it taking so much effort to produce the bribe?
