BABY BLUE IVY CARTER COMES OUTSIDE WITH MUM(BEYONCE) & DAD(JAYZ)FOR THE 1ST TIME



Beyonce was spotted carrying a heavily bundled baby Blue Ivy in NYC's west village for lunch in the company of jayZ.
unconfirmed reports say she wasn't feeling well, so the family had to leave in less than 1hour.
