Imo state Police Commissioner of Police, Mr Mohammed Katsina paraded a 30 year-old man, Mr Onyebuchi Ejinkonye who was arrested trying to bury the corpse of a 4-year-old girl he allegedly raped to death in Omuma Oru East Local Government area of Imo state.
