Chelsea FC beat FC Barcelona to qualify for the finals whilst Bayern munich beat Real Madrid via a penalty shoot-out to qualify.
The last time both teams met in the UEFA champions league was in 2005 - Quarter finals and ChelseaFC won on a 6-5 aggregate. 4 - 2 win in London, and a 2 -3 loss to Bayern in Germany.
