Manchester United's Michael Owen's called for goal mouth technology following ChelseaFC's Mata's controversial 2nd chelsea goal against Tottenham.
He tweeted,
''Wonder how many more of these decisions will be made before the powers that be start to assist the officials.
"The headlines always seem to be anything other than on the quality of football played nowadays."
