Governor Rochas Okorocha Gives Free Education to Every Student from Primary to the University in Imo State, Irrespective of their States of origin!

Governor Rochas Okorocha has done it again. Okorocha which "A child doing what elders could not do" has done it again. In 2012, Rochas Okorocha was named "Top 10 Naija Man of the Year" for his role as a humanitarian and a governor, but this week he took his strides further when he announced that all students in Imo state will enjoy free education, irrespective of  his/her origin.
