Though, Jay Z might not press charges for being attacked in an elevator by Solange, but if rumours making the rounds that NEW YORK POLICE Department do not needJay Z's cooperation to proceed is anything to go by, than the NYPD are set to charge Solange with ASSAULT IN THE 3rd degree (a misdemeanor) for what she did to Jay Z, because they already have a FULL COPY of the elevator tape from The Standard, and they will be moving forward with charges. And If convicted Solange faces UP TO A YEAR in jail if convicted.
