Daughters and Social Media? Man to Pay Over 13 Million Naira For His Teenage Daughter's Facebook Update!

A 69-year-old man, Patrick Snay who used to be the headmaster at Gulliver Preparatory School in Miami for several years, who won $80,000 USD in November, 2011 for being discriminated against because of his age in 2010, has been ordered to pay back the lump sum, because his daughter, Dana now at Boston College and a part-time barista at Starbocks bragged about the case of facebook with the update, “Mama and Papa Snay won the case against Gulliver... Gulliver is now officially paying for my vacation to Europe this summer. SUCK IT.” 
After winning the case the court had ordered Patrick and Gullivan not to share the agreement and contents of the case with anyone, which both parties had signed to. And Snay's daughter who has 1200 friends on facebook had divulged this, because her father had told her. Her father violated the agreement by so-doing!
