Face of Kenyan Police Officer Charged With Possession of Stolen Goods From WestGate Mall Victims Attacked By Terrorists!

This Kenyan police officer was found in possession of stolen items from victims of West gate terrorist attack in Kenya.

His name is Police Constable Benson Gachuhi Kihenjo attached to Spring Valley Police Station and was charged before the Kibera Law Courts for being in possession of stolen property from victims of the Westgate terrorism attack on September 23, 2013.

Constable Benson Gachuhi Kihenjo of Spring Valley Police Station was allegedly caught with a blood-stained wallet, credit cards, cheque books and identifications documents belonging to a victim of the Saturday attack. Kibera principal magistrate, Bernard Ochoi heard that the policeman was also found with an identity card, three passport size photographs, belonging to the victim and his two children and an iPhone.
He was also charged with having 115 fake American dollars in his house.
He denied the charges and was remanded in custody until September 30 when his bail application will be determined.
