The second suspect in the daylight beheading of a British soldier in London has been identified! He is 22-year-old Michael Oluwatobi Adebowale, a British citizen of Nigerian descent has been identified as the second Muslim convert (he converted to Islam in his teens according to sources) who executed Lee Rigby in Woolwich.
Michael and Michael Adebolajo, 28, ran the soldier, Rigby down with their car before 'hacking, chopping and cutting' at his body like 'crazed animals' screaming 'Allah Akbar!’ – an Islamic phrase meaning ‘God is great’. Both have been been arrested on suspicion of murder and are under armed guard in two separate London hospitals with Scotland Yard waiting to interview them.
Adebowale was also known to be among the 3,000 Muslim extremists in Britain being watched by MI5 and is believed to have been radicalised while studying at university.
