Over-weight Kim Kardashian's Brother, Rob Charged With Battery And Theft!

Kim Kardashian's brother, Rob's got a battery and Petty Theft Charge slammed on him! Well, months back, Rob was working out, attempting to lose the 30 pounds he's put on, and when he took off his shirt to change into another one, a photographer jumped out of the bushes and started taking pictures of his nakid weighty body - Rob, quickly went after the photog and jacked the memory card from her camera. 
A criminal complaint was then filed and he got slammed the Battery and Petty Theft Charges!
