NOT ANOTHER PASTOR?! 50 YEAR-OLD PASTOR IN COURT FOR ALLEGEDLY RAPING PRY THREE GIRLS IN ABUJA!

50 year-old Pastor, Emmauel Mathew who is the General Overseer of The Choice Bible Church, Mpape, and proprietor of the primary school where his victims (three primary school pupils) attended, was arraigned on a six-count charge of rape of the three pupils of the school on Tuesday 30th April, 2013 before Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf of the FCT High Court.

24 YEAR OLD WRONGFULLY JAILED FOR ALLEGEDLY RAPING A 4-YEAR-OLD SET TO SUE THE POLICE!

24 year-old Tommy Braden who was wrongfully arrested last April 6 and left to rot in detention till July 3rd in Sapulpa, 15 miles southwest of Tulsa, after a DNA test conducted later proved his innocence. He had reported the attack on the four-year-old girl.

His lawyer, Don Smolen has sent notice to the Creek County Sheriff's Office alleging wrongful arrest and detention, as a result of police negligence. In Smolen's words while speaking to Tulsa World Newspaper, he said:

"From day one he's begging them to do a DNA test... They said they weren't going to do that because it was a waste of taxpayers' dollars.Three months later - after his life's gone to hell - the results he's been asking them to do comes up that he's not the guy."

A CRIPPLE AND THREE OTHERS REMANDED IN PRISON OR RAPING A GIRL IN NIGERIA!

A cripple and and three others have been remanded in prison for gang-raping a 22-year-old girl with others on the run. The accused are Saturday Enabulele, 28, Moses Okoeki, 18, Osasumwen Enina, 17 and Junior Odubu, 20, and some others who are still on the run. They all pleaded not guilty to the 12-count charge brought against them and the trial Chief Magistrate, Peter Edo Asemota, had to remand them in prison custody in view of the prevalent rate of the offence within the court’s jurisdiction.

Evidence shows that the accused beat up the female, 

“tore her pant, shirt and skirt and dipped their fingers into her private part and consequently filmed her with a camera phone, then stole her Nokia phone and her wallet containing the sum of N10,000 on April 13 at 9 Akugbe Street, Siluko Road, Benin City.” 

Hearing was adjourned to  May 7.

GANG RAPE IN NIGERIAN UNIVERSITY?! FIVE MALE STUDENTS EXPELLED!!!

For Gang raping a female students of the institution, the authorities of Ekiti State University, EKSU, have expelled five students from the institution, Babalola Adedotun Kolawole, a 300 Level Psychology student, Omoteye Olalekan Olamide, a 300 Level Psychology, Bamigboye Biola Moshood, a Pre-degree Social Science student, Adekunle Lateef Omogbemileke, a 300 Level Accounting student.

The university's Public Relations Officer, Mr Ajibade Olubunmi, yesterday,  the alleged offenders had been earlier tried and found guilty by the disciplinary committee headed by  Professor W. O. Adebayo.
