Eniola Abiola a 200 level student of the Department of Dentistry, University of Lagos had gone with her friends to celebrate the birthday of one of her friends around 8pm at Elegushi beach, but when Eniola and friends decided to take a photograph with the celebrant the ocean surged and the waves carried all of them, while the others were lucky enough to get back to dry land Eniola was unlucky as she did not make it back. Lifeguards who would've helped were reported to have closed for the day and hence her friends waited in vain for her to be swept back ashore, but that dya proved to be the last they'll see their friend alive.
