Though BILLBOARD came up with some cock n bull stuff about their list of Top 10 Greatest rappers of all time, but whatever their excuse is anyone with a list of TOP 10 greatest rappers without 2PAC should just forget the list. All rappers on the list in their own minds know that the list ain't worth sh*t with the exclusion of 2PAC!
SnoopDOgg took to instagram not to even complain about his name being excluded, but about the absence of one of the greatest rappers of all time. It's like naming the 10 greatest boxers of all-time and excluding Mike Tyson only to back it up with some rants in the form of excuses!
