And the drama continues...the case between Chocolate city and Brymo was brought before Justice Bubba at the Federal High Court Ikoyi Lagos on the 11th of November 2013, but while the plaintiff Chocolate City who were represented by Ms. C. O. Madubuko from L and A Legal Consultants were in court, BrymO and his counsel did not turn up. As even counsel for Chocolate City also didn’t come to court with all the necessary files this armtwisted the presiding Judge to adjourn the case till the 5th of December 2013.
Is this a plan to delay the release of BrymO’s much anticipated third studio effort Merchants, Dealers and Slaves? But Aprokos are hinting that, BrymO's camp have been advised by their legal team on not coming to court till they have been officially served the court papers.
