While speaking today, Tuesday 21st of August 2013, the Governor of Niger state, Aliyu babangida has revealed that ASUU strike which is causing undergraduates to remain at home is caused by Large scale stealing of government fund at federal level which is making the government not to be able to fund universities, pay lecturers and fulfil the 2009 agreement which government had with ASUU.
