A yet to be identified eight-year-old boy from Louisiana allegedly shot his 87-year-old caregiver/relative, Marie Smothers in the HEAD with her own gun for stopping him from playing a violent video game that awards points for killing people just minutes earlier. It's alleged that he was playing Grand Theft Auto IV before he shot Marie in the back of the head as she watched television in her Louisiana mobile home on Thursday night. Though the killer-boy can not be charged for shooting under Louisiana law - He's too young to be so charged.
