Chris Brown's Seizure, is He Epileptic too?

Early Friday morning (1am) emergency operators received a call fro  Hollywood recording studio that Chris Brown had suffered a seizure. But after L.A. Fire Department rushed to the Record Plant recording studio in Hollywood shortly after 1am in response to the call. Brown reportedly refused to be treated or to be transported to the hospital. TMZ cited unnamed sources saying that Brown suffered from seizures as a child...is he epileptic too?
