Student Of Obafemi Awolowo University Flush Her New Born Baby Down The Toilet?

Public Relations Officer of Obafemi Awolowo University, Mr. Abiodun Olanrewaju has confirmed that yesterday a female student of the University tried to flush her new born baby down a toilet at popular female hostel, Moremi Hall!. The student of Department of Agricultural extension  in the university was allegedly caught by one of the cleaners, who raised alarm when she noticed blood streaming from the gutter of the toilet, which linked the drainage.

Student and the rescued baby have been taken to the institution’s health centre, where they are currently receiving treatment.

The school is still carrying out investigation and have not concluded on the matter yet.
