POLICE SAY EXPLOSION AT MrBIGG'S EATERY IN ABUJA DURING EASTER WAS CAUSED BY EXPLOSION FROM A GAS CYLINDER AND NOT A BOMB!

Yesterday, a MrBIGGs eatery in Abuja was covered in dark smoke after a loud explosion causing customers and all nearby to scamper for safety...No lives were lost and there were no injuries, but some anonymous staff of the eatery said the explosion couldn't have originated from any cylinder explosion, because it did not occur near the kitchen. However, according to THISDAY speaking to  the FCT Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Mrs. Althine Daniel on phone, she said the incident was a mere explosion from a gas cylinder and not a bomb, adding that nobody sustained injury during the explosion.
