Demba Ba's contract with St James' Park club, Newcastle United FC contained a clause allowing him to speak to other clubs in the event of a £7m bid. Now Chelsea FC's capitalised on this and it is now official that Chelsea FC's concluded the signing of the striker for an undisclosed fee.
