Though, Lagos State the hosts of this year's National sports Festival said that food shortages being experienced by athletes' due to states bringing more delegations than they registered for, but information coming in says, even the accredited athletes do not get food to eat. Some spend the whole day without food while those who can afford it leave the sports venues to go buy food outside.
